Dr. Karl K. Wolf

After graduating from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in 1970, Dr. Wolf came to California to serve his internship at San Joaquin General Hospital in French Camp. After the one-year internship, he remained for two additional years serving a residency in family medicine.
In September of 1973, he began his medical career in Manteca and that developed into a large geriatric practice.
Dr. Wolf has provided exceptional care and service to a countless number of Mantecans over the past 40 years. During this time, he has had an immeasurable impact on his patients, their families, and our community.
A leader in his profession and a guiding light for medical care, he has served as chief of staff at Doctors Hospital Manteca, director of its emergency room and as chairman of its governing board. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, was instrumental in the development of the Emergency Room at Doctors Hospital Manteca. Additionally, he is a farmer, growing apples, walnuts and cherries. There are few, if any, individuals who have literally touched so many lives in Manteca’s history. He is a well-deserved addition to the Manteca Hall of Fame.
