Dorothy Indelicato

Dorothy Indelicato, treasurer of Delicato Vineyards, attended Manteca schools and graduated from Stockton College. She has spent her entire life within four miles of the Manteca winery and has been active for over 40 years in the winery's management.

She has served as a trustee of the Stockton Symphony Association, currently serves on the Symphony Comes to Manteca Committee, is chairman of the annual Delicato Grape Stomp charity event, and organizes numerous art shows at the family winery.

She has been a member of Manteca Soroptimists for over 25 years and has served as chairman of the South County Crime Stoppers, director of the San Joaquin County Business Council, and six years as director of St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Índelicato is now serving as a member of the board for the Auxiliary Foundation of San Joaquin Delta College, the St. Dominic's Hospital Council, chairman of the St. Dominic's Hospital Development Council, is an executive committee member of the St. Joseph's Regional Health Systems Development Council, and an associate director of the Stockton Symphony Association.

She is married to Vincent Indelicato, co-owner of Delicato Vineyards.

To commemorate the winery's 50th anniversary in 1985, Indelicato and Arlene Mueller co-authored "Wine, Food, & the Good Life", a historical cookbook now in its second printing.
